Ladies,
I hope this blog entry is a recap for you, and you didn't miss our 2nd Anniversary Soiree. Our friends at Simply Divine Boutique in Maple Lawn, MD hosted us in true Fabulosity! The clothing and the accessories were to-die-for, not to mention the atmosphere was perfect. Great music, delicious food and of course, the Divas were flowing along with the Sparkling Cider! This place was a Diva Paradise.
Tina and Angelina Rivero (co-owners, mom and daughter) and their awesome staff (Alodie, Kristin and Janina) brought out the big guns (the stuff we couldn't resist) with the new looks for the Spring/Summer season. This season, the dresses are sexy and colorful, with fabrics so comfortable you will want to sleep in them. I particularly love the ones with the ruching in all the right places (to mask my personal "ruching"). Beautiful prints, sexy illusion tops and the must-have pants of the century by Frank Lyman! They literally gave me an instant tummy tuck and a butt-lift without any anesthesia, cutting or an emergency withdrawal from my 401K! I am not kidding AND they have the nerve to be comfortable! No "circulation restriction". My sister and I almost had to toss a coin (we wanted to be civil in front of company) to see who was getting the last pair. She won, I always let her :) Our guests purchased new looks and came out of those shells and comfort zones with a bang! It was a beautiful thing to behold!
We were surrounded by beauty on every side. Happy women affirming each other, sipping bubbles, ooohing and aaahing! Too funny. The boutique itself is a fashion statement. Because there are two sides to my personality (yes, just two), I would either have a closet like Carrie's in "Sex and the City" (the Penthouse) or it would be a "fru-fru boudoir" like Simply Divine. You just want to sit on the luxurious sofas, sip champagne and have one gorgeous garment after another shown to you, while you say; Yes, I'll take that one! and that one, and oh yes that one too! Yes! Yes! Woo girl, back to reality.
Each ImagiNess guest was treated to a Swag Bag that rivaled the Golden Globes including gift certificates from some fab boutiques and eateries like Bra La-la Lingerie and Bra Fitting Salon and The Pearl Spa.

I had a great time! I love being in the company of positive women. It just confirmed what I already knew...I was born for FABULOSITY!!!
